This motor comes with 12" color coded wire leads for the motor, and 12" color coded wire leads with 0.100" header for the quadrature encoder. The motor and encoder wires plug right into our Serializer Robot Controller

These motors are very high quality, very quiet, very precise, and have a really nice fit and finish.

This is the exact motor used in our Traxster Robot Kit and Stinger Robot Kit.

The main drive shaft also has a machined flat surface to allow a drive hub to be locked in place and prevent slippage. It also features an M2.5 x 0.45 x 8mm threaded hole in the end of the shaft for additional wheel mounting possibilities.

Using a 2.5" diameter wheel, you can achieve about 0.014" of linear travel per tick using the quadrature encoders!!! Wow!
